Moscow Exchange to transfer SFI shares to level 1 quotation list on December 29
30.12.2021

SFI Investment Holding (SFI PJSC, MOEX: SFIN) announces that starting December 29, 2021, its shares traded on the Moscow Exchange will be transferred from Level 2 Quotation List to the Level 1 Quotation List.

Securities on the Level 1 Quotation List, as well as their issuers, should meet the most strict liquidity, financial reporting, and corporate governance requirements. SFI has received a positive opinion from Moscow Exchange on its application to be placed on the Level 1 Quotation List, which is due to meeting all requirements, including corporate governance and liquidity quality.

"The Company managed to overcome the effects of the negative information background in the fourth quarter of 2021, which, in our opinion, had a positive impact on SFI share price and liquidity. We closely monitor all of the factors considered by the stock exchange when deciding whether to change the level of the quotation list. These are the basic criteria used to evaluate an issuer's investment attractiveness. We continue to improve transparency and quality of our corporate governance. In particular, on December 24, SFI shareholders elected new members of the Board of Directors. Six of nine BoD members are independent directors," said Avet Mirakyan, CEO of SFI.
