On June 5, 2024, PJSC SFI held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

On June 5, 2024, an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of SFI PJSC took place.

The shareholders endorsed the profit distribution for 2023, including dividends. In accordance with the Board of Directors' recommendations, shareholders decided to allocate RUB 2.3 billion for dividend payments for 2023, which amounts to RUB 20.6 per ordinary share. Including interim dividends paid after nine months of 2023, total payments for the year will amount to RUB 6.7 billion. 

June 17, 2024, has been set as the record date for determining those entitled to receive dividends. The holding intends to disburse dividends by the end of June 2024.

At their Annual General Meeting, SFI PJSC shareholders elected a nine-member Board of Directors, including four independent directors in its new composition.

According to shareholder registry data, over 30,000 individuals and legal entities currently hold shares in SFI PJSC.
