Sergey Mizyura to head Europlan Leasing Company

The Board of Directors of PJSC Europlan LC, a 100% subsidiary of SFI investment holding (PJSC SFI, MOEX: SFIN), has decided to appoint Sergey Mizyura as the CEO and Chairman of the Board, starting from June 16, 2022.

Alexander Mikhailov, who has headed Europlan since 2016, is leaving his position as CEO, Chairman and member of the Board of Directors at PJSC Europlan LC, as well as all other positions in the Europlan group of companies.

Sergey Mizyura has been working at Europlan since 2005. He began his career at the company as a sales specialist and developed Europlan's truck and special equipment leasing service from scratch. For many years, he held various management positions at the company's sales departments. Sergey joined the Board of Europlan in 2014, holding the positions of vice president and deputy general director. From November 2016 to June 2022, he served as vice president of Europlan, responsible for sales, branch network, and partner relations.

The Europlan Board team and the company's entire staff will continue working as usual under the new CEO.
