SFI PJSC Management Develops Plan for the Holding's Treasury Share Package
The management of SFI PJSC has proposed that the Board of Directors consider a plan of action for the package of the holding's treasury shares remaining on the balance sheet after the reduction of the company's charter capital in 2024. The holding currently owns 2.3 million of its own shares, which constitutes 4.64% of its charter capital.
In particular, SFI PJSC has reached an agreement with a private investor for them to acquire 1.43% of the holding's shares. On October 24, 2025, the Board of Directors of SFI PJSC, in accordance with the company charter, decided to sell the company's placed shares in the specified volume.
The management has proposed to "cancel" the remaining treasury shares of SFI PJSC (3.21% of the charter capital. The Company's Board of Directors took note of this information and will shortly consider convening a General Meeting of Shareholders with a proposal to reduce the company's charter capital by the amount of the remaining treasury shares.
