SFI PJSC's RAS Net Profit for the First Half of 2025 Amounted to RUB 7 bln

SFI PJSC has published its financial statements under Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) for the first six months of 2025. For the reporting period, the holding company's net profit reached RUB 7 billion, compared to RUB 18.1 billion a year earlier (the prior year's result was driven by one-off effects, including proceeds from the IPO of the Europlan leasing company).

In the first half of 2025, SFI PJSC's revenue amounted to RUB 7.4 billion. The primary sources of revenue were dividends from Europlan and VSK, proceeds from the sale of securities (sale of M.video PJSC shares to the balance sheet of the subsidiary SFI Capital as part of optimizing the asset ownership structure), and interest income.

The holding company's administrative expenses amounted to RUB 0.28 billion.

Oleg Andriyankin, Deputy General Director of SFI PJSC, commented on the H1 2025 results:

"SFI's business model has demonstrated its resilience even amidst a cooling market in the sectors where the holding's companies operate and a lack of favorable conditions for efficient capital market transactions, which, among other factors, helped deliver SFI's record RAS profit last year.

In the first half of 2025, the assets within the holding's perimeter continued to provide a stable dividend flow to the holding company, which traditionally constitutes a significant portion of SFI PJSC's revenue. Combined with the low administrative expenses of the holding company itself, this allows us to continue our track record of high dividend payments, showcasing one of the highest dividend yields among public companies. For instance, during the reporting period, we paid our shareholders final dividends for 2024 totaling RUB 4 billion (RUB 83.5 per share). At the same time, the holding continues to adhere to a balanced approach to cost management, keeping administrative expenses at a relatively low level.

The decision by the Moscow Exchange and the Bank of Russia to include SFI shares in the Value Building Index, launched in July this year, confirms our commitment to maximizing investment returns in SFI PJSC for our shareholders."

More detailed information on the financial statements of SFI PJSC for the first half of 2025 is available on the holding's official website and in the Corporate Information Disclosure Center.

The consolidated financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards will be published by SFI PJSC at the end of August.
