The net profit of SFI investment holding (PJSC ESFI, MOEX: SFIN) according to Russian accounting standards (RAS) for the first nine months of 2023 was 5.9 billion rubles, compared to a loss the previous year.
The revenue of the holding for the reported period reached 5.1 billion rubles, up from 4.8 billion rubles (+5.5%) for the same period in 2022. The dividends received from subsidiaries and dependent companies, along with interest income (from loans and funds placement), were the primary sources of the revenue.
The holding's management expenses fell by 42% over the year, totaling 342 million rubles.
Other income includes a positive outcome from the revaluation of securities of PJSC NK RussNeft and PJSC M.Video, amounting to 2.6 billion rubles and 0.47 billion rubles respectively.
From January 1, 2023, the value of the holding's net assets rose from 47.8 billion rubles to 53.89 billion rubles, marking a 12.4% increase since the start of 2023.
