Statement from SFI PJSC

On June 29, 2022, the United Kingdom imposed sanctions against Said Gutseriyev, a shareholder of the SFI investment holding company. SFI is mentioned in the case for sanctions against Said Gutseriyev but is not included in any sanctions lists as a separate legal entity.

On that account, the SFI holding company shall continue its operations as normal.

The holding company would also like to report that Said Gutseriyev has made a decision to leave the boards of directors of SFI PJSC and its subsidiaries by submitting appropriate notices to the companies and declared his plans to sell the stake in SFI owned by him.

SFI will continue to report any changes in the shareholder structure as they occur.
